An Exploration of Human Capacity Development Systems in the Agricultural Sector of Trinidad and Tobago
This course will explore human capacity development systems in the agricultural sector of Trinidad and Tobago through a study tour of that country. Issues affecting the agricultural sector will be examined from a macro to a micro level. An emphasis will be placed on the roles of the extension system and formal education system in human capacity development. Activities in this course will involve collaborating with faculty and students from the University of the West Indies and the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
